Terms of service

1.1  These terms and conditions govern the supply of products by Foam Experts Ltd. (referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our') to you, the customer. Our registered address and company details are available on request and on our website at www.sleeprestore.co.uk.

1.2  These terms apply to all orders placed through our website (www.sleeprestore.co.uk) by consumers. 'Consumer' means an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession, as defined in Section 2(3) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1.3  Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. They explain how we supply products, how either party may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.

2.1  Our product listings on the website constitute an invitation to treat and are not a binding offer to sell.

2.2  To place an order, add your chosen product(s) to your shopping basket, enter your personal and payment details, and review your order. By clicking 'Place Order' (or equivalent), you are making an offer to purchase from us.

2.3  You may cancel the order process at any time before submitting by using your browser's back button or closing the browser.

2.4  A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, no binding agreement exists.

2.5  We may decline your order if a product is out of stock, if a pricing error has occurred, if we cannot meet a specified delivery requirement, or for any other legitimate reason. In that case, you will not be charged, or a full refund will be issued promptly.

2.6  Despite our best efforts, products may occasionally be mispriced. If the correct price is lower than stated, we will charge the lower amount. If higher, we will contact you for instructions before proceeding.

3.1  All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you will pay.

3.2  Standard delivery is free of charge. Where an optional premium delivery service (such as room-of-choice delivery) is offered, the applicable fee will be clearly shown at checkout.

3.3  We only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to addresses outside the UK.

4.1  To fulfil your order we require your delivery address and contact details. These will be shared with our delivery partners solely for the purpose of completing delivery. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

4.2  We will dispatch your order within the timeframe displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

4.3  We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will notify you promptly of any significant delay. If the delay is substantial, you may cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

4.4  Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

4.5  If no one is available to accept delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions on rescheduling or collecting from a local depot.

4.6  If delivery fails repeatedly due to your unavailability and you do not rearrange, we may charge for additional delivery attempts or storage costs. If we are unable to reach you after reasonable efforts, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4.7  Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery and report any visible damage or missing items to us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by any delay in reporting.

4.8  Please ensure your delivery address is a personal residential address. We are unable to accept orders to our physical store locations.

4.9  Room-of-Choice Delivery is available as an optional paid service, where applicable. This includes delivery to your preferred room and, where offered, removal of your old mattress. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a product return.

5.1  Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

5.2  We reserve the right to make minor specification changes to our products without prior notice, provided the change does not materially affect the product's performance or suitability.

6.1  We retain ownership of all products until payment has been received in full.

6.2  If any payment is overdue, all outstanding amounts become immediately payable.

7.1  Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product(s), without giving any reason.

7.2  To exercise this right, notify us clearly before the 14-day period expires. You may contact us by:

·       7.3  You may use the cancellation form below, though this is not required. Any clear written notice of cancellation is acceptable.

7.4  Upon cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return). We use the same payment method you used, at no charge to you. We may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value caused by unnecessary handling beyond what would be permitted in a shop.

8.1  In addition to your statutory rights, Foam Experts Ltd. offers an extended trial period on “Signature Cool” mattress as a goodwill gesture. This does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

8.2  Our mattresses come with a 100-night trial period from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied within this period, you may return the mattress at no cost to you.

8.3  To initiate a return under the trial, contact us at support@sleeprestore.co.uk with your order details and reason for return. We will arrange free collection from the original delivery address.

8.4  Refunds under the trial period will be processed using the original payment method, with no deduction for collection costs. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the product has been damaged through misuse.

8.5  The trial period is a goodwill gesture and we reserve the right to amend or withdraw it at any time. It applies once per customer and cannot be used commercially or for resale purposes.
